| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. We only accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet. Internet credit card processing is performed by HSBC Secure E-payments and is therefore 100% secure. If you prefer to call we can take your credit card details over the phone, we will then process your credit card on-line ourselves. |
| Shipping And Handling All UK orders will be shipped free of charge. Overseas orders will be charged according to weight. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Provided your item is in stock then we will normally send your order to you within the time specified within the product details. Orders received by 15:30pm will be processed same day. If you order after 15:30pm will be processed next day except Friday whereby orders received after 15:30pm will be processed the following Monday. If the item is not in stock then we will advise immediately when we expect to be able to ship your order. International orders are generally received in under 10 working days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place an order with the manufacturer and then advise when they intend to ship to absolutelybikes and then subsequently when we will ship to you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges The price quoted is the total product price. The company has no requirement to be registered for VAT. When this changes we will advertise this change. Note - prices will not change because of this. |

| Guarantee We guarantee your 'absolute' satisfaction. All of our products come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee provided the item is in its original packaging and is in a saleable condition.. If you are unhappy with your purchase then please return the item to us stating the reason for return. If the item is develops a fault, then please return the item immediately stating the fault. Absolutelybikes will then obtain a replacement or provide a refund. Some items should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their warranty but this will be communicated at the time. |
